The TAMRON 28-300mm F4-7.1 VC is a versatile all-in-one zoom lens designed for
Sony E-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras. Covering a focal length range from
28mm wide-angle to 300mm telephoto, it delivers exceptional imaging performance.
Despite its 10.7x zoom ratio, the lens remains compact at 126mm (5") in length
and lightweight at 610g (21.5oz).
Featuring the VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear motor, it ensures
fast and precise focusing across the zoom range. The VC (Vibration Compensation)
mechanism aids in capturing sharp hand-held images, even at 300mm and in
low-light conditions. With a Minimum Object Distance (MOD) of 0.19m (7.5") and a
maximum magnification ratio of 1:2.8 at the wide end, it excels in wide macro
photography.
Additional features include a Focus Set Button, a connector port for Tamron's
dedicated Lens Utility software, Moisture-Resistant Construction, and a
protective Fluorine Coating on the front element. This lens allows users to
